King Soopers Food Drive Yields Over 2000 lbs. of Food
Generous shoppers at the Firestone King Soopers donated over 2000 pounds of food at a recent food drive held at King Soopers over the last weekend. Pantry volunteers were on site to answer questions about the Pantry, as well as provide information about the particular foods that were most needed. Shoppers provided items ranging from canned and packaged goods, peanut butter and jelly, macaroni and cheese, to diapers and personal hygiene items, such as soap and shampoo, which are needed by many in our community.
